During open enrollment, the Benefit Counselors will be able to help answer all questions related to coverage options and pricing. You must talk to them to learn more about and enroll in the Whole Life with Long Term Care product. You will need to contact Farmers Insurance directly for proposals on the Home & Auto, and you will need to call MetLife directly for proposals for Pet Insurance.
Please note that you will not be able to register for the carrier portals and mobile apps and view your individual information until January 1st. Until then the carriers will only be able to answer generic questions regarding providers and coverage.
